Maple, multi-center turned, textured; colored with Aniline Dye and Acrylic Paint. Accepted to AAW Exhibit "Step up to the Plate". Title is a baseball term; red line simulates the stitching of the ball, the bowl is on the curve and texture brand develops a "Home Plate" pattern.

Maple, multi-center turned, textured; colored with Aniline Dye and Acrylic Paint. Made for AAW Exhibit "Step up to the Plate". Theme relationship: Purple Steps – Yellow Ball (Bowl) and gone past the outfield depicted by the plain (non-textured) flat.
